Types and uses of personal information:

Your information will be used as follows:
- Login: This provides you with access to your account and protected content. Your login includes a personally selected username and password.
- Account Information: This feature tells us more about who you are, how to contact you, and other relevant information, such as: first and last name, billing and shipping addresses, city, state, zip code and email address.
- Automatic information: We collect and analyze information including Internet Protocol address used to connect your computer to the internet; username; password; browser type; Uniform Resource Locator (URL), clickstream to, through, and from our Web site, and date and time. We also use software tools to measure and collect session information, including response time, errors, and network information.
We want to know you better so we can serve you better. But the choice of whether you want this kind of service is up to you.
“Cookies” and website logging
Some of our Web Sites will send a "cookie," a small text file, to your computer. Special Information for Parents
While Discus Dental Web Sites are generally not targeted at children under the age of thirteen, it is Discus Dental policy to comply with the law when it requires that a parent's or guardian's permission is secured before knowingly collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from children under the age of thirteen.
We strongly recommend that parents take an active role in supervising the online activity of their children.

Accessing and updating information:
Account or personal information can be changed or updated by using our simple site tools. Login information such as usernames and passwords can be resent electronically to the email address on file by using the password retrieval functionality. Please notify us of changes to your account and personal information and keep your profile updated.
